(Fuquay-Varina, NC – October 5, 2011) – The South Lakes community located in Fuquay-Varina just 15 minutes South of Raleigh and 35 miles North of Fayetteville was pleased to team with the Fuquay-Varina Downtown Revitalization Association to sponsor the community street fair, Downtown Bounty.  At the event South Lakes held a coloring contest where children could color a picture of their dream home.

The community teamed with local vendor, Cupcake Bite, to award prizes in three age categories.  Avery Adams was the winner of the 1-4 age group and Kelsey Lambalzer was First Runner up.  Logan Spanone won for the 5-7 age group and Terri-Lynne Bunn was the First Runner up. Jonathan Gertler was the winner in the 8-12 age group.
