South Lakes Pool and Recreation Area is open for all residents of South Lakes.  HOA fees are only $480.annually.  This fee includes maintenance and upkeep of the walking trails, Pool & bath house, Stocked Ponds, Beautifully Landscape Entrance and all common areas,
