Halloween Events in Fuquay to “Get Spooky” on the Haunted Trail

Starting on October 21 at 5:00 pm, with trail runs continuing throughout the night, just minutes from your family’s new dream home in the South Lakes new home community, the Halloween Events in Fuqua kick off with the family-friendly Haunted Trail event.

Time(s): Family Trail, 5:00-6:00pm. Full Fright, 7:00-9:00pm. The line for the Full Fright Trail will begin at 6:00pm.
Cost: Free
Parking: Park at the Fuquay-Varina Community Center and take the shuttle bus to Carroll Howard Johnson Park. You may also park at the Community Center and walk the Jeff Wells Trail to Carroll Howard Johnson Park.  Shuttles run from 4:30pm-9:30pm. Flashlights are recommended for those who choose to arrive at the event via the Jeff Wells Trail.

Attractions

Family Trail

The Family Trail is a light-hearted, sun-lit, fun walk through the trail. Attendees are encouraged to wear their costumes and to interact with the characters they meet along the trail. This trail is appropriate for young children and their families.

Full Fright

Full Fright is designed to frighten. It is a terrifying walk in the dark through the woods with unexpected surprises around every turn. It is not recommended for children under the age of 10. Children between the ages of 10-12 should be accompanied by an adult.

Volunteer Information

Contact adimarzio@fuquay-varina if you wish to participate as a guide, trial actor or decorator. Approved volunteers must be onsite, October 21, and have their attraction area completed by 4:30pm.
