November is “Thank You Month” at North Lakes and South Lakes

Thank You realtors in Fuquay Varina

As a gesture of “thanks” to the talented and hard working realtors and brokers that have helped us at Preston Development to make both the South Lakes community since its inception, as well as the newer North Lakes expansion, over the past few years the success that it has become, we are offering three ways of showing our appreciation throughout the month of November.

Keeping our support of local businesses in mind as we say thank you to the countless realtors and brokers that have made North Lakes and South Lakes the most talked about, active lifestyle new home neighborhood in Fuquay Varina, we are offering a $20 gift card from the Mason Jar Tavern in Downtown Fuquay to anyone in either of said positions that is making a preview or showing appointment with one of our on-site agents.

Our second way of saying, “we appreciate you” will be to give a $250 gift card to the Angus Barn in Raleigh at closing to any realtor or broker who brings in a client and produces a contract during the month of November at North Lakes.

The third measure of gratitude being offered up will see us enter each and any participating broker at North Lakes during the month of November in a grand prize drawing in which the winner will get a $500 gift card to the luxurious Umstead Hotel and Spa.

At Preston Development, we appreciate all of the hard work that goes into making our communities and neighborhood worthy of what we feel is the level of quality and class that lives up to the name we have built in setting the standard for the Triangle area, and we know that the efforts of the realtors and brokers plays a big part in this. We look forward to a great month of November and to giving out these prizes as a token of our “thanks.”

(The drawing for the Umstead gift card will take place at the end of November 2018 when this promotion ends. Only recognized brokers are eligible to participate and if there are any questions, please call 919-481-3000.)
