The Home Builders Association (HBA) of Raleigh-Wake County will be displaying the latest home features and trends in new housing designs as a part of one of the largest judged housing tours in the United States, the “Parade of Homes.”

The “Parade of Homes” will showcase over 190 homes throughout Wake County ranging in price from the $135,000 to $2.25 million range, with something for families of all sizes and economic standing. The annual tour put on by the HBA is completely free and open to the public. All the latest floor plans, building trends, and current designs and features will be shown throughout the tour in these beautiful homes to help prospective home owners get a sneak peek at what they may choose to include in their very own “dream house.”

South Lakes Neighborhood in Fuquay-Varina will be featured as a part of this year’s “Parade of Homes,” as tour goers can see the impressive work of local home builders D.R. Horton, America’s Builders in the neighborhood.

The “Parade of Homes” will take place this weekend, October 11-13 from 12-5 p.m. and then again, next weekend, October 18-20 during the same 12-5 p.m. time frame. For further details on the tour, check out the “Parade of Homes” website at
