2015 Wake County Parade of Homes at South Lakes

Continuing this Friday, October 9 and running for the next two weekends, come out and see the “Parade Homes” at South Lakes new home community in Fuquay Varina as part of  The 2015 Wake County Parade of Homes. Known as North Carolina’s “largest open house,” the Parade showcases spectacular new homes every October, with this year’s event beginning last Saturday and Sunday and continuing this upcoming weekend (October 9-11), and next Friday –Sunday (October 16-18) as well.

The Wake County Parade of Homes is one of the largest judged tours in the entire country and is free and open to the public, allowing you a great way to get out and see the newest homes in the newest communities throughout the Triangle area.

“Parade Homes” will be judged on criteria which includes floor plans, quality workmanship, and curb appeal prior to the opening weekend of open house tours on October 3 and winners of gold, silver, and bronze level awards will be named during the Parade at an evening awards gala.
