En Plein Air Paint-off, is an annual 2-day award winning art competition ending with an auction of original works. Past winners’ pieces are displayed on buildings throughout Fuquay’s downtown districts.
Fuquay’s art galleries include, Ashley’s Art Gallery and Magnolia House, both having a large selection of original art from artists around the world and our own backyard.
Festivals such as “Celebrate Fuquay-Varina” celebrate the charm of small town North Carolina, and include multiple music, art and many hands on activities for kids and adults alike.
The Fuquay-Varina Arts Center supports the community by offering performances, classes, workshops, and exhibits for youth and adults.
